Who I Am
Working in the design space for more than 20 years, and leading UX teams for more than 15 years, I have been inspired by the people I have been lucky enough to share my career with.
Realized the great opportunity to create the UX capability for my organization and led it from inception to maturity, in collaboration with executive and division leadership.
Long history of experience creating strong cross-functional working relationships, building consensus and driving decisions across all levels of management to conceptualize and launch new products, and strategize on product life cycles to drive user satisfaction and product performance.
I'm passionate about how the science of User Experience can be leveraged to design the right product for the target user, and save time and money on product development in the process.

Most of what I do as a UX Leader is evangelism. The discipline offers an array of methodologies that can provide insights into solving any problem. Tell the story of the ROI of UX, supported by data.
Product Strategist
Clients want the best, most effective and engaging ideas that will differentiate their product. Plan the best Roadmap to achieving that in collaboration with leadership, stakeholders and the Product Team.

Providing solid results motivates me as a leader. Few things are as satisfying as delivering a well executed solution.
Creative Director
Any great idea needs an equally great designer to bring the product vision to fruition. My goal is to ensure that creative meets the high standards of the brand. Challenge and inspire them to do their best work.

I strive to understand what best drives each team member. Make it a point to consistently provide useful feedback, acknowledge a job well done, and reward when expectations are exceeded. People who feel appreciated will go above and beyond.
