Human Resource Administration
- Problem:
Create a comprehensive online environment to manage Human Resource interactions including onboarding, training, evaluations, and assignments. Administrators also needed the environment to manage messaging and communications with the Scoring Raters. - Solution:
An Agile Team was assembled to research, design and build the HR tool in collaboration with the Product Owner. The design solution was user tested and iterated until quality user satisfaction was acheived.
